4Seer sells two one-time digital products: the $4.99 Reading and the $49.95 Precision Reading. Neither is a subscription — you will never be charged again after a purchase unless you separately buy something else.

1. The general rule

Because your reading is digital content that's generated and unlocked immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final once a reading has been unlocked and delivered. This is standard for instantly-delivered digital content, and it's why we show you the price and what's included clearly before you pay.

2. When we will refund you

We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if:

You were charged but your reading never unlocked or displayed due to a technical error on our end.
You were charged twice for the same reading due to a processing error.
You contact us within [e.g., 7 days] of purchase and the reading clearly failed to deliver what was described at checkout (e.g., a Precision Reading that didn't include all twelve destinations).

3. When we generally won't refund you

You changed your mind after seeing your reading.
You disagree with or don't like your matched destinations — the reading is a personalized result based on your answers, not a guarantee of satisfaction with the output.
You purchased the Precision Reading upgrade after already viewing your free preview and unlocking the $4.99 Reading, then decided you didn't want the additional detail.

We'll still look at edge cases individually and use good judgment — if something went wrong that isn't listed above, contact us and we'll work with you.

4. How to request a refund

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Stripe receipt or confirmation email. We aim to respond within [e.g., 2 business days].

5. Chargebacks

If something's wrong with a charge, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved faster and more simply through a direct refund than through your card issuer. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first, for a charge where the Service was delivered as described, may be treated as a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take [e.g., 5–10 business days] to appear on your statement.
