We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your quiz answers, birthday, or reading content with advertisers.
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you check out, you're providing your card details directly to Stripe, not to us — we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, but not your full card number. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
At checkout, email and SMS consent are two separate checkboxes. You can opt into one, both, or neither, and either can be unchecked without affecting your ability to purchase or receive your reading.
If you opt in, we'll send your reading and may send occasional updates about new features or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
If you opt in, we (or a texting platform acting on our behalf) will send your reading and may send occasional offers by text. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. 4Seer uses your browser's session storage to hold your quiz progress temporarily — specifically, to preserve your reading while you complete payment on Stripe's site and return to ours. This data lives only in your browser for that session and is not a tracking cookie shared with third parties.
We retain your reading data and contact information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping, or until you request deletion (see Section 8).
We share only what each vendor needs to perform its function (e.g., your email address with our email platform), not your full quiz or reading content, except where necessary to personalize the message you receive.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We'll respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before acting on the request.
4Seer is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
